- Refund Policy (Applicable to Educational Services Only)
This Refund Policy applies only to educational programs, courses and training services offered by Digital Task Force Education Society. It does not apply to Cyber Security services, digital forensic investigations, consulting, or any other professional services.
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within [7 days] of course enrollment (you can adjust this: 3 / 5 / 7 days)
- The user has not completed more than [20–30%] of the course content
- No certification has been issued
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- After the allowed refund period has expired
- If a significant portion of the course has already been accessed or completed
- For downloadable resources, recorded sessions, or materials already accessed
- Failure to attend live sessions
- Cancellation by Digital Task Force Education Society
